Method

Two-Face
, 25ml Amarula Cream (Set as a Jelly) To do this you need to add gelatine and use tape to seal off half the top of the glass. Carefully balance a glass on its side to set in a fridge then add a second jelly made with 25ml Harvey’s (couldn’t resist the reference) sherry.
Riddler, Like a Caipirinha: Sugar, muddled Lime and the 30ml Cachaca.
Bane, A brutal mix with the Black Sambuca and a 15ml hypodermic of Absinthe.
Mr Freeze, fill the shot glass with 20ml Blue Curacao and 20ml Sambuca topped up with crushed ice.
Poison Ivy, take the mint leaves and clap between your hands then add to the shot glass and mix with the rum and syrup
Joker, mix all the ingredients together.
Harley Quinn, our take on the classic ‘harlequin’ cocktail, mix everything in the shot glass.
