T&Cs in big bold font:

1. You can only use it in any of our physical locations
2. You can use one card multiple times – ask for the receipt to see your balance
3. No refunds are accepted and it cannot be exchanged for cash
4. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced
5. The card’s potency expires on the use by date – see the back of the card
6. We can change these rules from time to time
